Peter Bossart ( President & Chairman )

Peter spent over 40 years with UBS as an Executive Director in Zurich. He was responsible for the Operations of Capital Markets Switzerland, managed team between London, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Zurich in various projects, such as: Implementation of the Electronic Stock Exchange; Centralization of Capital Markets Operations and Order Routing Systems. He was led the merger of UBS/SBC, has very wide connection with all international Stock Exchanges.

Besides these functions in the Banking sector, Peter was also involved in number of Political roles. He is the Executive Committee and President of the Vormundschaftsbehörde (Social Committee) in Gretzenbach; and 12 years Committee member of the Parliament in the State of Solothurn, Switzerland.

Peter is the Guest-status in the “Börsenrat“ European Energy Exchange in Frankfurt and member of the International Advisory Committee at the Egyptian Exchange in Cairo.

Peter earned his Federal Banking diploma in Switzerland, and Advanced Management at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

As Chief Executive of Orbiso, Michael is committed to leading Orbiso way in a truly "China-focus" professional services around key issues of corporate strategy, quality, and integrity.

He has worked extensively in public/private placement, private equity, technology, and energy sectors. He's project experience includes supporting clients on strategy development (corporate, growth, market entry), alliance development, full potential transformation program, as well as acquisition evaluation and integration.

He is a graduate in engineering from China, and holds a Master degree in Global Business Strategy from London Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.

Jacky has significant experience on a wide range of corporate development, marketing and sales, cultural communication, bilateral trade and foreign investments. he also specializes in establishing customer relations and educational cooperation between China and the globe.

He graduated from the University of Surrey with an MSc in International Management in the United Kingdom.

Daniel Gerard Knought ( Operations Director )

Daniel joined Orbiso in 2008 and is responsible for overseeing company's operations.

Daniel commenced his early career in Germany working for a leading Insurance firm, Turner & Eyre International, where he was trained on various non-regulated financial products and subsequently passed the exams to trade on an international basis. In 1992 he joined a leading Pan European corporate credit insurance firm as a broker consultant within the credit ratings area. This was then followed by a move to NFC Group Plc (FTSE 100) as a Sales & Marketing Manager within their corporate finance subsidiary BRS Car Lease working in the Corporate Accounts team before embarking on a career in the human capital management sector in early 1998.

Since 1998 Daniel has acted for public companies as well as privately owned and venture capital backed businesses. During this period, high level contacts have been built up within the investment banking and wealth management sectors across EMEA. Daniel was born in St Andrews, holds an honours degree in Biological and Medicinal chemistry from the University of Essex.
